In accordance with applicable e-commerce laws and consumer protection regulations, we offer a 14-day free return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return at no additional cost to you.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or order confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (if the protective seal is broken)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@cherryvicente.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
